✨ THE ELITE CHEER ADVANTAGE | 12-WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM ✨

Is your athlete planning to try out for middle school or high school cheer? The Elite Cheer Advantage at Carolina Elite Force is a structured, skill-focused program designed to help athletes walk into tryouts confident, prepared, and competitive.

Over the course of 12 weeks (February–April), athletes will receive focused training in:

✔️ Proper stunting technique & safety

✔️ Tumbling skills & progression

✔️ Jumps, motion sharpness & cheer basics

✔️ Performance quality, confidence & endurance

✔️ Understanding what school coaches are actually looking for during tryouts

This program is ideal for athletes who want to strengthen fundamentals, clean up technique, and gain real performance experience in a supportive but high-expectation environment.

Mondays | 6:00–7:00 PM

Beginner / Intermediate Level

Thursdays | 5:30–6:30 PM

Intermediate / Advanced Level
