Meet Our Founder
Carolina Elite Force was founded by Jasmin Lynch
Her lifelong passion for dance, cheer, and youth mentorship inspired the creation of this organization.
Beginning her journey as a student tutor at just fifteen years old, Jasmin discovered her calling to help youth grow both academically and personally. With over 17 years of competitive dance experience and more than a decade in cheerleading, she developed strong leadership skills as both an athlete and coach. While earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she continued coaching locally and launched the first competitive cheer program at Hartsville Middle School.
Her vision for Carolina Elite Force was clear: build more than athletes — build confident, disciplined, purpose-driven youth. Today, that vision continues to guide the organization’s growth and impact within the community.

Carolina Elite Force was founded with a purpose — to create a safe, structured, and uplifting space where youth can grow in confidence, discipline, and character through athletics, mentorship, and community.
We are committed to developing well-rounded athletes while also building strong leaders. Our programs are designed to challenge, inspire, and support youth at every stage — from beginners discovering their passion to competitive athletes striving for excellence.
