A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from a class prior to the end-of-season showcase.
Notice may be submitted:
Via email to carolinaeliteforce@gmail.com or as a written letter to the front desk
Tuition is required during the 30-day notice period and is not prorated. Non-attendance does not remove payment responsibility.

All payments are due on the 1st of each month. Grace period until the 5th of each month, there will be a late fee of $10 applied after the 5th. Accounts overdue by 30 days will result in removal from the program. Participation will resume only after all balances are paid in full.
All payments are final. No refunds.
Returned checks will incur a $35 fee in addition to the original amount.

For competitive programs: yes, full-season commitment is required. Missing competitions or extended absences may affect team placement or participation.
Recreational and after-school programs: attendance is encouraged but not mandatory; repeated absences may result in parent contact.

Cheerleading, Dance, Tumbling, Ninja Force, Recreational Classes:
1 class: $55
2 classes: $90
3 classes: $115
4 classes: $135
Boxing Classes:
Ages 8–14: $65/month
Ages 15+: $95/month
Drop-in Rate: $15 per class
Takedown Force
Athletes receive 2 classes per week, each 1 hour long, for the price of one recreational class:
$55 per month

After-School Tutoring & Learning
Full-Time Student:
$260 per month or $65 per week
Sibling Discount:
$500 per month for two children
Non-Regular / Part-Time Students:
$25 per day
