Tumbling and flip progressions
Balance, coordination, and body control
Athletes are grouped into age-appropriate classes to ensure safe instruction and proper skill development.

Ninja Force runs continuously from August through August, and athletes may join at any time throughout the year.
Our Ninja Force Parkour program is an exciting, high-energy class designed for athletes ages 3–18. Parkour training helps athletes build strength, agility, coordination, and confidence through fun, movement-based obstacle skills
